Teacher statement
I offer the student a wide selection of art and design knowledge. My goal is for the student to try new things, while acknowledging the individual’s level and personality. I encourage the student to explore their interests while developing their own style. Students are taught technique. I give assignments and tutorials to bring new material to their attention. The students offer their work for class critiques to encourage analysis and criticism.

Organics #6
6 of my paintings where presented at this event, along with a number of other artists' works.
One painting sold. Check out their website. Urban Hero AwardThe art class and the volunteer work I do at Islington Seniors' Centre was recognised. Most students are appreciative and form strong bonds within the groups I've taught. I think my classes represent a positive social and educational activity.

Visual Arts Mississauga: Doors Open - 2010
Doors Open 2010
Each Instructor at VAM produced a painting for the Charity Auction. We were supplied with the canvases, donated by Curry's art store.
All funds raised through the art exhibition and auction will go to support sending children to Summer Art Camp at VAM through the Leslie Penney-Mosher Fund. |
Auction is a success!
I know Curry's staff worked very hard and I am happy their efforts were a success.
Organics #2 - Watershed sold Curry's Art Store On-line Auction for Dystonia Research
I had one painting in the online auction and another one at the main event at Exhibition Place, Oct 25th, 2011.
