I have studied Architectural Drafting and Design. For over 10 years I worked as an architectural detailer in the Exhibit Industry. Detailing involves structure, design and problem solving. I currently work as a Stager for Real Estate Brokers [10 years] and have learned that many people are stumped when it comes to making their home ready for sale.. Through this work, I realised that many home owners need Home Decor solutions to make their home functional and welcoming..
Colour and Function
As an artist I have found another use for my love of colour and composition. I overview the whole home and look for the right flow of colours. When I look at a project - be it a room or a whole building - I see colour possibilities and placings.
Painting Service - on occasion
My painting is done with extreme care. The final product should have a look that is crisply painted with attention to detail. I can work when the client wants and always leave the area as clean as possible throughout the project.
Traffic flow
This improves the function of the spaces. I like to think out of the box whenever it is appropriate and am not adverse to changing the function of a room.
Organising
I rework homes into a peaceful and beautiful retreat. If a room or home is multifunctional I am happy to help make it as useful and functional as possible. De-cluttering and prioritizing are key to many successfully changed rooms.
